Brook Street UK`s client is delighted to be seeking a Collections Advisor for our highly regarded client in the North West.
Our client is a global provider in 12 countries is passionately committed to the growth and success of their customers.
The Collections Associate position holds a key role in managing customer accounts, mitigating risk, as well as building internal and external relationships. The primary objective is to ensure that customer credit risk is properly evaluated and monitored to optimise working capital and profitability for a specific customer portfolio
The ideal candidate must be able to display excellent communication skills oral and written and be results orientated.
Degree in Finance or Accounting or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience working in a similar role
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications specifically Microsoft Excel, the invoicing system and other software as needed to perform duties of the position, i. SAP, Mills, AS400 (Data3),
Strong organisational skills in handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously with high attention to details and a high level of accuracy
Ability to communicate with a wide range of contacts from corporate to manufacturing employees both oral and written
Language skills in German, Spanish and/or French highly desirable
Credit Control experience.
Experience working within a Shared Services Environment.
Salary will be disclosed at Interview stage, this will be paid on a weekly basis.
