Customer Service Advisors
Brook Street UK Ltd is delighted to be resourcing applicants for a temporary telephone based role with a view of becoming permanent on your 13th week for our client based in Bangor Co Down.
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm this is a full time post.
You will be responsible for providing customers with great customer service. Your role would involve acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and handling everything from general enquiries to customer resolution. The primary purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to take inbound customer calls from customers, proceed with their query and take payment over the phone

We are seeking enthusiastic applicants who have a good service history and have the right attitude to deliver outstanding Customer Service!
Our client does not necessarily require Contact Centre experience, as full classroom training will be provided
No qualifications are required; however, we would require applicants to have a good level of verbal and communication skills and IT Skills
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £7 per hour, paid on a weekly basis
