This is an extremely varied role where no day is the same. Some of the duties you can expect to do consist of the following.
Once a project has gone through design and has been technically cleared by our customer the commercial administrator will order the materials to our production facility and book the engineer for installation. They will confirm the installation start date with our customer, arrange for the materials to be delivered to meet the engineer and manage the installation to successful completion, working closely with our external team of regional managers.
There is a lot of admin involved in the role and the candidate needs to be highly organized and be able to manage their time. It is an intense role, running approx. 30 projects per month. We are deadline critical so we have to work really tight time constraints. A challenging but very rewarding role.
