About the Role
Joining us as Service Desk Analyst, you must ensure all incidents, requests, enquiries and problems are handled according to agreed procedures and that you manage call queues to ensure delivery within SLA. Managing own workload and priorities, you will build up good working relationships with both colleagues and customers and consult with 3rd party contractors dealing with hardware with warranty and maintenance agreements.
Delivering an excellent customer experience, you will effectively communicate with customers and the department to clearly identify issues, provide clear resolutions and preventative measures, and maintain knowledge of the systems and services that are used by our customers both internal and external.
We’re looking for an individual who is positive and eager with a ‘can-do’ attitude and who ideally has previous experience of working in a service desk environment. With a strong customer focus and excellent telephone skills, you will be self-motivated and able to accommodate a flexible working time environment to meet expanding requirements. Those who are competent in Windows 7, Office 2010, XP and Outlook would be advantageous.
