A Talent Acquisition Coordinator is required to work on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract basis for our fantastic client located on Hills Road in Cambridge. This is a full time position with a salary range between GBP22,000 - GBP25,000PA depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities
• Scheduling interviews, including candidate communication
• Reviewing candidate applications and forwarding appropriate applications to the hiring managers
• All new hire documentation and on boarding, inclusive of reference checks, right to work checks and updating the HR systems with all new starter details
• Assistant with graduate a careers events
• Assistant with planning and logistical arrangements for the Graduate and careers events
• Salary analysis and benchmarking for all new and existing roles
• Writing job adverts
• Ensuring the company careers page is kept updated with current vacancies and managing the adverts on external job boards
Skills required
• Previous experience in a recruitment administration or coordinator role would be an advantage
• Strong IT skills, experience of working with Microsoft office and Outlook
• Confident with managing multiple tasks, using initiative and judgement to take ownership for their successful completion
• Have the ability to confidently build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholder as all levels
