They are now looking for a Claims / Complaints Handler to join their team in Westerham.

Your Role 

As a Claims / Complaints Handler, you will be tasked with dealing with customers who experience serious faults with their equipment. 

Specifically, you will respond to customer contacts, arrange for the removal of their equipment and liaise with them to resolve any additional problems they may have experienced due to the faulty equipment (such as leaks). 

You will manage a caseload of issues, acting as a single point of contact for the customer and ensuring that the issues are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties. 

Your duties will include: 

- Managing customer claims 
- Arranging for engineers to attend customers’ sites to collect broken equipment 
- Liaising with customers throughout any repairs to ensure the accuracy of quotes and the reimbursement of repair costs 
- Raising payments for customers 
- Completing call scoring and monitoring activities 

About You 

To be considered as a Claims / Complaints Handler, you will need: 

- At least two years’ experience in a contact / call centre role 
- Previous experience of handling complaints / claims 
- Experience of being responsible for managing their own work load
