As a Customer Experience Manager you will be the front face of our operation visiting people in their own homes collecting loan repayments and providing further credit when our customers make an application.
To assist you with this role you will be provided the latest technology to work with to do the role to the best of your ability and set you up for success. We also offer a full training program of 5 days, which may require you to stay away from home.
Essential requirements -
- Customer service experience
- Full UK driving Licence and access to car
- Time management and organization skills
- Technical ability on a IOS/Android Device
