PART TIME NIGHT PORTERS ROLE : CENTRAL OXFORD. (24-32hrs per week)

*Would working an 8 hour shift 4 nights a week and then 3 nights a week suit your lifestyle
If you have said YES to all of the above this HOTEL NIGHT PORTERS role could be the ideal position for you.
My client is based in the centre of Oxford and they require the services of an IMMEDIATE NIGHT PORTER.
This Night Porters role is more relaxed than other Night Porters role as there are generally less duties to perform in your 8 hour shift.
Although this role is not as intense my client will require you to being engaging and welcoming at all times as you will be working on your own in the hotel.
As the main point of contact and solo worker within the hotel your key responsibilities will be:
*To check guests in and welcome late arrivals
*Performing safety checks throughout the night
*Undertaking basic bar duties
*Some basic and light admin duties (some basic financial reporting may be added to the role at a later date)
*Checking e-mail correspondence and making sure all the reservations are in order.
*Prepping the kitchen ready for the chefs and breakfast service (switching ovens on, milk out etc)
Experience Required to apply for this role:
*Experience of working on a hotel reception (ideally as a Night Receptionist / Porter)
*IT Literate and competent with using systems and interpreting information from spreadsheets
*An engaging and warm personality
*Ideally some form of Duty Management / Management or supervisory experience
The Good Bits:
*Working an 8 hour paid shift : from 10.45pm till 7.15am
*Working 7 nights out of 14 (a 4 on 3 off then 3 on 4 off shift pattern)
*75 / shift or 9.37/hr
*An immediate start for the right candidate
