Non-Executive Director

The organization is a multi-academy charitable trust.

Non-executive directors will be responsible for maintaining stability during a period of rapid growth and the management of a dynamic structure. The role also includes contributing to financial planning for sustainability and growth, and holding the CEO/CFO to account.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate commitment in time and expertise to add to the current board. In particular, experience in branding and marketing, corporate governance, IT Technology or Risk management would be desirable. These skills are essential to help manage the period of change that is inherent in the expansion and development of a multi-academy trust.
