Part 2 Architectural Assistant

A Part 2 Architectural Assistant is required for a small, design-centered practice based in Wiltshire. The practice is growing year on year and consequently is able to offer a clear progression route to an Architect level with Part III support from a RIBA Architect.

As the successful Part II Architectural Assistant you will find themselves working on a variety of mixed-use projects, varying from city centre cycle hub creations to sports stadia and transport hubs.

Situated in a delightful countryside office with excellent bike routes you'll be able to take advantage of this during your lunch. On offer is the chance to exercise design flair, creating innovatively sustainable structures.

The Role: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

- Working on projects from start to finish, taking a strong involvement in the overall design process within the RIBA work stages
- Work alongside Product Designers in house and external construction professionals
- Complete site visits to check on progress
- Production of information drawings, sketches and graphics
- Liaise with the client and external consultants, attending design team meetings, managing collaborative communication streams and ensuring that the design projects are on schedule

This position comes with a salary in line with the RIBA Guidelines and a bonus schemes/ SMART pension employer contributions.

The Candidate: Part 2 Architectural Assistant

- Part 2 RIBA qualified Architectural Assistant with UK based experience
- Good working knowledge of the revised building and CDM regulations
- Client focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong technical abilities using AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software on a daily basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
