The Sales Manager Role:
The Sales Manager will work to achieve and exceed all targets and sales objectives whilst developing and motivating the Sales Team. The role-holder will work closely with the Brand Director to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales following the guidelines of the FCA at all times.

+ Strong organisational skills
+ Friendly, courteous with excellent interpersonal skills
+ Track leadership record of managing staff with good mentoring skills
