Station Administration Assistant
Based at Castle Donington Fire Station (two days) and Coalville Fire Station (two days)
18.5 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday inclusive 
Salary - B/C scp.12-19 £17,173 - £19,446 per annum pro rata 

The successful candidate will provide general administrative support to the Station Manager – North West Leicestershire District. You will be based at Castle Donington Fire Station (two days) and Coalville Fire Station (two days), to be discussed at interview and agreed with district management. However, you must be willing on occasion to travel to Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service sites within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
You will have relevant experience in a clerical or administrative environment, performing general office duties using equipment such as a computer, telephone, digital scanner and photocopier, whilst providing exceptional customer service. Experience of using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential, as is the ability to follow and implement administrative systems and procedures, and the ability to determine priorities, planning workloads within agreed deadlines. You will have good communication skills and will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, within the organisation and with external stakeholders.  
You will be required to work 18.5 hours (part-time) Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 09:00 and 14:00.
