About you..
This role will require you to think on your feet, ensure every area of your restaurant is running smoothly and both front of house and kitchen teams are happy and working hard to deliver a great all round high level customer experience.
You will be passionate about people and delivering an on brand experience and consistent great menu options. They are a fast growing on trend brand that are growing in the UK by delivering a consistently delicious menu.
Flexible to work the hours of opening and able to work shifts
We are looking for an ambitious Manager or Team Leader / Supervisor to step up and provide leadership at every level. You will be responsible for the smooth running of your busy unit by maintaining company procedures and standards as well as running your own shifts and leading from the front.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
Have boundless energy and able to inspire and motivate your team
Deliver a premium level of customer service
Develop your team and provide all training
Have full control of food and labour costs
Drive sales and maximise profits.
Maximise and promote all business opportunities.
Manage and improve all controllable costs.
This exciting opportunity will see you well placed to develop your career as the brand has plans in place to further expand!
Salary GBP19,000 to GBP20,000 - negotiable for the right person
