Job Title: Commercial Cleaner

Location: Banbury

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week), Permanent

Purpose of the role:

  • Deliver a high quality cleaning service, working as part of a team

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Clean designated office areas as documented in cleaning schedule, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, sanitisation of all surface areas
  • Empty waste bins and recycling daily
  • Document designated cleaning activities
  • Identify any issues (e. damage, leakages, equipment failures) resolve if appropriate and escalate to facilities manager
  • Stock and replenish supplies in designated areas
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • To ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are stored correctly and securely locked away in accordance with COSHH regulations
  • Ensure that all office windows and shutters are secure before workplace is vacated
  • Closing of office and activation of alarm
  • Any other duties in which the business requires and the role holder has the necessary experience and training to complete
