They are currently seeking a Senior Hub Supervisor to to deliver their landlord responsibilities across a number of locations within their hubs including extra care, assisted living and connected living schemes.
 
Ensuring customers receive their contracted welfare contact, including that new customers are inducted, manage the health and safety checks across relevant buildings and provide activities for customers. You will act as the interface between the customer and the care provider and or the customer and the alarm monitoring service.
 
The successful candidate will have experience of delivering services to older people and looking after a building, including health and safety and risk management processes. You’ll have previously worked with volunteers and or residents committees, be able to deliver events and have the ability to record information accurately.
