Accounts Assistant with Sage and Admin Experience

We are looking for someone to work in our busy accounts department, who has experience with both Sage 50 and MS Excel, and is also happy to complete other admin tasks in order to help the team. Knowledge of Purchase Order System an advantage but not essential. Good communication skills and an ability to work independently essential

You will cover the following:

  • Enter Invoices
  • Enter Credits and Debits on Banks
  • Process Journals
  • Use Spreadsheets
  • Send Remittance Advices
  • Monitor Utility Accounts
  • Record Meter Readings

Ad hoc duties to include:

  • VAT calculations
  • MGD reports
  • Checks and Reviews
  • Administrative Tasks

Hours: - Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:30

Rate:  circa £21,000.00 p/a
