Our client is an established growing business based in Sunderland who are now actively looking to recruit an Electronic Engineer to work in a workshop environment repairing and servicing various types of equipment.
SALARY IS GBP18,000 to GBP24,000 DEPENDANT ON YOUR EXPERIENCE. BENEFITS INCLUDE 25 DAYS HOLIDAY PLUS BANK HOLIDAYS, HEALTH SCHEME AND PENSION.
This is an ideal role for someone who has a genuine interest in electronics and has a passion for repairing items down to component level. The successful candidate will be joining a team of electronic engineers working in a workshop environment where you will have the opportunity to increase your knowledge of electronic engineering.
Please note that you will be repairing numerous types of equipment, some of which are bespoke and of a legacy type, so you must be adaptable to learning new fault finding skills and to using your own initiative.
Electronic Engineer Responsibilities:
- Fault find and repair electronic equipment down to component level.
- Test fixed equipment prior to returning to customer.
Electronic Engineer Applicant Requirements:
- Ideally hold a formal qualification in Electrical Electronic engineering.
- Demonstrable background in fault finding down to component level.
- Flexible towards developing your skills and techniques.
Electronic Engineer Benefits:
