Domiciliary Care Manager - Home Care Organisation - North London

My client is a Home Care Organisation specialising in care for the Asian community however, they do provide care services to service users with all backgrounds. They are now seeking a Home Care Manager to join a small care team.

You`ll be providing leadership, management and support to staff, developing new and existing policies all whilst ensuring it`s in accordance with CQC guidelines. Meeting the day-to-day requirements as expected of a Registered Manager.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, qualifications and or skills:
- Minimum of a Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care
- Registered with CQC as a Registered Manager
- Minimum of 3 years experience in as a Manager in a Domiciliary Care setting
- Ideally have experience training Care Assistants however this is not essential
