Your Role 

As the Quality Control Manager, you will oversee QC activities ensuring standards are maintained and the day-to-day tasks of the Quality Control Team are planned and executed smoothly. 

Working to ISO 13485 and 9001 standards, you will take the lead on quality processes and equipment validation for our client’s RUE and CE-IVD products. 

Additionally, you will: 

- Effectively manage the QC Team 
- Prioritise team workloads 
- Oversee the training of team members 
- Ensure effective team performance 
- Coach and motivate your team to ensure processes are completed to the highest standard 

About You 

To be considered as the Quality Control Manager, you will need: 

Previous experience of working with a QC team 
Previous experience working with quality management systems 
Minimum BSc in a scientific field
