CIB Office of Legal Obligations - Target Operating Model design and implementation lead - Executive Director, The JPMorgan CIB OLO team is responsible for the developing, deploying, overseeing and reporting of a program that ensures that obligations are drafted and proceed through the process lifecycle to completion and to support an ongoing change management process. The successful candidate will join the OLO program team and be responsible for the end to end management of business analysis, strategic design, and implementation of the Target Operating Model for Change Management. This includes oversight and management of any technology requirements. The CIB Controls organization is responsible for the CIB OLO programme., * Drive change to tactical and strategic operating model implementation * Partner with Technology to support delivery of applications for the Target Operating Model * Manage the Technology BAU activity * Process design/reengineering: Define future state processes and operating models to ensure consistency and effectiveness across CIB * Work in close collaboration with CIB SME and Execution teams to ensure feedback from BAU execution is incorporated into the design Demonstrable experience in strategic design, process reengineering and technology solutions * Leader able to successfully operate across regions, business and functions with proven strong negotiation, influencing and relationship skills * Strong strategic /critical thinking and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi- tasking skills * Creativity and ability to challenge standard practices , ensuring every opportunity is considered to transform current state into a best practice regulatory control landscape * Excellent program management skills with ability to shape programs of works and responses to complex issues * Candidate would ideally have deep knowledge of organization with strong understanding of products and markets in which CIB operate in * Experience in Legal, Compliance and/or Control functions is highly desirable * Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively and comfortably with senior people * Proactive approach to problem solving, owning the issues and having the determination to follow tasks /issues through. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to thrive in a changing work environment * Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage changes in plan * Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power point * Experience in managing people preferred.
