Our client is a leading developer and manufacturer of diagnostic products. Their clinical product range supports healthcare providers in improving patient health, whilst their comprehensive food diagnostic range helps manufacturers ensure consumer safety.
They are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Camberley and play a key role in supporting customers.

Your Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be tasked with processing customer orders and dealing with enquiries to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Working within the manufacturing healthcare organisation, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers liaising via telephone and email
- Ensure that specifics customer requirements are met in terms of contractual obligations, pricing, transportation and deliveries and export
- Obtaining and logging customer feedback
- Providing positive and effective customer service, documenting technical issues and actioning all resolutions
About You
To be considered as a Customer Service Administrator, you will need:
- Customer service and administration experience
- A good level of computer literacy
- To be able to multitask effectively
- A close attention to detail and an accurate approach
- A self-starting attitude and a team player mentality
