We are currently looking for a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our design team. You will need to be client focused bringing with you ideas, enthusiasm and commitment. Add to this an in-depth understanding of designs which encompass environmental and low carbon schemes and we will want to talk to you.
We are based in Chester and our growing practice has multi-disciplines and a blue chip client base who demand the highest levels of service in terms of meeting the budget, programme and communication expectations. Some of our recent projects include Commercial Developments, Social Housing, Education, Industrial, Churches, Schools and Hotels & Leisure.
This opportunity requires...
Designing mechanical services in new and existing buildings.
Working with Clients and Architects to establish their needs & wants. Communicating your ideas for exciting and innovative designs. Considering the environmental impact of designs.
Fitting into a team dedicated to first class client service.
Managing your time to meet demanding programmes. Keeping an eye on budgets to ensure compliance.
Being open to new ideas, products and systems. Comfortable with CAD principles and requirements.
A desire for personal growth and learning.
AutoCAD training would be an advantage. Comfortable with MS Office including word & Excel.
Experienced in report writing.
Our location is city based and offers plenty of local amenities. The office atmosphere is friendly and team spirited.
