We are currently recruiting for a Contracts and Customer Services Manager, ideally based around the Reading / Horsham area, who is happy to work away from home on a frequent basis. The ideal candidate will be a time served Joiner, have excellent customer service skills and have experience in site management.
Job Description
* Closely work with the Contracts Manager to ensure the contracts are run in a cost-effective manner and that they are completed on time.
* Represent the company in the day to day running of sites, professionally, effectively and efficiently and promptly resolving any issues on site.
* Directly manage the on-site sub-contractor installers effectively and efficiently.
* Carry out pre-start meetings.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Computer skills, using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Able to communicate with all levels and types of people.
* Flexibility and adaptability to include working away from home and overnight stays.
* Holder of valid CSCS card
* Full clean driving licence.
The Company will provide any tools and equipment required, and covers accommodation and travel expenses.
