Salary GBP32,000 - GBP38,000 (Depending on salary)
* Are you looking to work as an Architectural Technician (Revit) for a chartered RIBA Architectural practice?
* Do you live in the Birmingham area, or are willing to relocate?
* Are you qualified at minimum to HND/ HNC level within a construction based subject?
You will be joining an award-winning Birmingham based practice along with their team of Architects, Technical Staff and designers. As part of this role as an Architectural Technician (Revit) you will be partaking in a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects.

To work as an Architectural Technician (Revit) you must:
* You must have good working knowledge of Revit and ideally Microstation
* Be qualified at minimum to HND/ HNC level within a construction based subject
* Have UK based experience working as an Architectural Technician
* You will have sound knowledge of UK building regulations/ producing and submitting planning applications
* The ideal candidate will have job running experience both within the office and out on site
Working as an Architectural Technician (Revit) you will be
* Partaking in the running of projects
* Playing a key role in the development of design proposals and involvement in project development across all work stages
* Liaising with clients and the design teams
