Trainee Recruitment Consultant - EXCELLENT TRAINING & COMMISSION STRUCTURE
We are looking for graduates, preferably with previous sales experience in retail/telesales/sales or customer service role.
This role will be specialising across multiple sectors: IT/Digital/engineering/Life Science
You will received industry leading training, working on established/new accounts and many incentives for top performers plus a clear path for career progression into Senior/Consultant/Management posts.
Responsibilities include:
• Matching client and candidates
• Offer negotiation
• Account management
• Candidate resourcing
• Competency based interviewing
