Branch Manager / Senior Consultant
Oldham
GBP28k + car allowance + commission
Leading UK wide recruitment agency recruiting in over 8 sectors.
Oldham Commercial / Office / Sales team currently stands at a team of 3 potentially 4 as just offered someone, then the (MD - commercial side) is there quite often as she lives local. The original branch manager that the Operations Manager is covering maternity leave for has decided not to come back hence being down on numbers.
They need someone that can step up to mark after a period of time to take over from the Operations Manager as he is only temporarily covering the role, they do offer company cars (most BM's have Mercedes) however the MD would prefer to give a car allowance.
Salary wise between GBP25k to GBP28k plus industry lead commission, 25 days holiday rising 1 day per year to 30, pension starting at 2% rising to 5% time served, annual awards, company events i.e York Races, trips away, quarterly celebrations for hitting branch targets (Meal / drinks night out) Parking onsite.
Not based bang in the centre of Oldham, 5 mins walk so don't get walk in's as they operate by appointment only.
One branch admin / resourcer / payroll, one consultant working a dual desk, new addition due to start perms and Operations Manager who is covering has a dual desk. The MD still very hands on and also bills.
Happy to look at temp / perm or dual consultants.
The commercial side of the business currently has 13 staff split between Oldham & Leeds in total but they are wanting to push the numbers up.
In the Oldham branch they have a total of 19 staff split over various divisions:- Industrial - Technical - Logistics - Healthcare - Commercial / Sales / Office.
They are on the hunt for a senior consultant (Possibly 2) from a commercial background to join the Oldham team. Ideally they need someone who wants to progress their career with in a 6 month period that would be able to take over as branch manager as the Operations Manager who is currently holding the fort will be opening a new office in Preston come the new financial year.
