CNC Press Brake Operator / Setter - NIGHTS

Want to work in a proactive and forward thinking environment? We are a well-established manufacturing company in Telford, Shropshire supplying some of the largest companies in the UK. This is a permanent role.
The Role
Press Operatives are key to us to achieve our business plan. As a press operative you will use Trumpf machines ranging from 1 meter to 4 meters bed sizes. You will use various thickness of gauge material (0.5 - 20 mm). You will also conduct regular quality checks such as visual checks or taking measurements, keep your area clean and tidy.
Who we are looking for
Attitude and work ethic are key! This role is demanding so we are looking for hard working individuals with great attention to detail. You need to be able to follow verbal and written instructions. You should be a flexible team player. You'll have suitable numeracy and literacy skills in order to undertake some quality checks and record these appropriately. Ability to read technical drawing essential. Productivity, effectiveness, health and safety and quality are crucial.
Night shift (Monday to Wednesday 16:30 to 3:00, Thursday 16:30 - 2:00 with the opportunity for overtime as required to maintain production schedules; therefore some degree of flexibility is required
