Head of Marketing & Communications (m/f)

• Lead your marketing communications team of specialists
• Improve and maintain brand awareness and public image
• Drive marketing and community engagement through advertising, events, promotions, sponsoring and PR
• Identify new market opportunities and develop "go-to-market" concepts for regions and new products
• Optimize campaigns according to market-specific budgets and KPI, and offer hands-on support and trainings for your team
• Work cross-functionally with other teams and units to conceptualize and implement new marketing projects
• Manage day-to-day press work

• Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing or Communications
• Several years of practical leadership experience in Marketing Communications
• Sound experience in public relations
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to operate effectively within an organization
• Strong business sense
• Strong communicator with great interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to deal with a fast paced constantly changing environment and ambiguity
• Fluency in German and English
