Our client is looking for a passionate, driven individual to join their team as a Shift Manager.
This a new position due to company growth and would be suited to someone with previous experience in an FMCG environment.
This is a very KPI focused business and you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring KPI's as well having an active input in continuous improvement and have a sound understanding of lean manufacturing tools and techniques enabling you to implement sustainable change.
Previous experience of leading a team is essential for this position as well as previous experience with lean manufacturing and a positive, 'can do' attitude.
