Doing your job brilliantly means using your energy and enthusiasm to keep our estates sparkling clean and keeping our customers very happy. As well as being a reassuring presence on our estates you will also respond to things in-the-moment like clearing rubbish chutes, replacing light bulbs and reporting communal repairs.

This role may be part of our mobile team so having a driving licence would be an advantage.

We pay our caretakers at least the London Living Wage to recognise the higher cost of living in the capital.
