Job Title - Claims Customer Service Agent (Motor Insurance Experience Essential)
Salary - GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum plus benefits including 20 days annual leave.
Location - Hove, East Sussex
Our client is a well-respected, up and coming B2B claims handling and policy administration service to motor insurance companies are currently looking to hire a Customer Claims Advisor.
The primary focus of the role is providing advise to all customers on Motor insurance policies.
* Offering support to existing clients and agents
* Taking ownership of customer accounts, resolving enquiries and problems in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining a positive and growing relationship with customers and agents
* To maintain technical knowledge and customer servicing skills.
The Successful Claims Customer Service Agent will offer the following skill:
* Proven customer services and motor insurance experience
* Sound technical knowledge of different motor insurance products
* Experience in providing specialised sales advise in the motor insurance market
* A thorough understanding of the Motor Insurance market
