The role of the Recruitment Support is an integral role supporting the recruitment team, providing recruitment support to a team of Recruitment Specialists along with processing a weekly payroll.

Key duties will include:

• To be the main point of contact for all telephone calls and visitors into the office

• Resource and screen candidates for both temporary and permanent roles

• To input and monitor all applicants data accurately, clearly and on time into the internal database

• Obtain references for all new workers within a set time frame

• Ensure that all application packs for workers meet recruitment law

• Process branch stationery orders, petty cash claim and ensure that refreshments are stocked at all times

• Ensure the required documentation for the consultants is in place

• Prepare candidate CV's on behalf of consultants

• Write and post job adverts and load onto external job boards

• Ensure that the all documentations for both clients and candidates are obtained for audit purposes

• Data entry of workers hours

The successful Recruitment Support will:

• Possess strong organisational skills

• Proven experience of working in a fast paced and challenging environment

• Proven ability to multi task, work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Have confident communication skills, both written and verbal

• Be resourceful and have the ability to work using their own initiative

• Possess a positive and enthusiastic approach

• Be self-motivated with a pro-active approach

• Be able to anticipate the needs of the recruitment specialists

• Excellent problems solving skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, and excel is essential as well as being social media savvy

• With the desire and the tenacity to succeed

Benefits:

• GBP7.83-GBP8.00 per hour dependant on experience
