HOUSING LAW CASEWORKER
REQUIRED ON A PERMANENT BASIS IN BRIDGEND
Are you looking for your next role working with in housing advice? Do you want to work for a national charity who are passionate about the prevention of homelessness across Wales? If you have an in-depth knowledge of housing law, and a passion for helping those in housing need, this could be the role for you.
Working as part of a National Housing Advice service, you will be part of the primary means by which the organisation aims to ensure everyone has the right to a safe, affordable home. Covering the Cardiff and Newport area, you will run advice surgeries, court duty sessions and any other required services, delivering high quality housing advice.
You will provide support and guidance, and advocate on the behalf of clients as necessary. In addition, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with local authorities and other services, in order to best assist clients.
This is a part time position, working 24.5 hours per week, which will offer you the flexibility to pursue your personal interests. In return, you will receive a competitive salary, as well as benefitting from regular training and further developmental activities, in order to advance your skills and knowledge in housing law.
