Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for a Production Operative on a fixed term basis for up to nine months.
This interesting and technical role will include inspecting lenses and packing for despatch whilst also ensuring a clean and safe working environment whilst you work. You will also be required to update inhouse systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
Position: Production Operative
Hours: 5 out of 7 days per week, 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm
Salary: GBP17,500 to GBP19,500 pa DOE plus shift enhancements
The Person will???
- Have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Have the ability to deal with intricate objects
- Have a keen eye for detail to be able to carry out inspections to a high standard
- Be able to work whilst standing for long periods of time
- Have a good standard of IT skills
- Have experience within the optical industry
- Be personable and a great team player
- Ideally have technical/inspection background (preferable).
