Are you looking for an exciting new challenge? Our client is a reputable, independent local employer and have an urgent requirement for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Trowbridge.
Reporting to the Lettings Manager, you will help develop the business through performing viewings, liaising with tenants and landlords, all associated paperwork and any other ad-hoc tasks, undertaking this whilst ensuring you always provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
As Lettings Negotiator, excellent customer service and communication skills (face to face, verbally and written) are essential, in addition first rate administration skills and the ability to deal with high volumes of work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You must also have a high level of computer literacy, be highly numerate and have a good eye for detail with good knowledge of Microsoft packages. Previous experience within the property industry is desirable, however not essential. Local area / property market knowledge or an interest in the property industry would also be advantageous.
Please note that a full driving licence and own car is essential for this role and you will be required to work every other Saturday.
