Let's look at your standard Friday as a Joinery Workshop Manager??? You wake up full of optimism, ready for the working day, and ready to tackle whatever challenges are thrown at you. The day's production is already planned, order pickups are scheduled to the minute, and you're looking forward to the weekend. Well done you, you're awesome.

Orders have increased dramatically, challenges are being accepted on a daily basis, the building has been extended, and skilled staffing levels are on the rise. The MD has a clear direction for the company with a definitive plan on how to get there and it includes you.
All you have to bring with you is team management experience and a career history as a bench joiner who's made windows and doors. Do this and you can start loving your job again.
