Future Select are a professional leading Asbestos and Water Treatment/Hygiene Recruitment Consultancy with an excellent reputation for providing high standards of quality service.
Due to an increase in workload we are looking to recruit a smart, reliable, trustworthy permanent Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator with the working hours to be confirmed, could be full or part-time. You should bring drive and enthusiasm to the role as you will be working alongside a highly successful team in York. Full on the job training and support will be given to the ideal candidate. The role will involve approximately 70% resourcing and 30% admin duties but this can be subject to change due to business demands.
Requirements:
Candidates must live within a 10 - 15 mile radius of York.
A good understanding of data protection and confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, written, verbal and telephone required.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and databases.
The ability to organise and prioritise workload.
Responsibilities:
Resourcing - matching potential candidates to unfilled positions.
Compliance with Policies and Procedures.
Office based reporting into Management.
Regularly checking the job boards.
Dealing with, and actioning a large volume of emails.
Whilst the main duty will be resourcing you will also be expected to undertake and assist with other admin duties listed below when required:-
Job posting.
Reception duties.
Produce daily/weekly/monthly statistical reports.
Maintain and update the database on a regular basis.
