My client with its head office based on the outskirts of Suffolk are offering an exciting opportunity to work within a forward thinking - award winning online, successful business.
You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary plus commission, commission, free parking and the opportunity for further training and development.
As part of your new role you will be the main point of contact for your clients - offering support and guidance throughout their customer journey.
This role requires someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, has the ability to multi task and manage their own workload and have excellent communication skills.
Your duties will include:
Completing valuation reports - ensuring these are returned according to agreed timescales.
Maintain your own workload - ensuring various reports are sent back within time frames agreed.
Communicate with new applications /clients.
Perform QC on marketing and sales progression reports.
Gather feedback from customers regarding appraisals.
Be the point of contact through the whole sale process.
Liaise with internal teams to report on feedback, interest generated,activity which may assist sale and progression.
Maintain regular communication with ASM's and senior management.
Attend the necessary events as required.
Beware of each clients/customer timescales and SLA's in place.
What you'll need to succeed!
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a sales role within the property sector.
Excellent communication skills are essential
Offer a 'can do', positive attitude
Work well as part of team and on personal targets
Outstanding organisation and time keeping
Be an effective decision maker
GCSE grades A-C in English and Mathematics.
Due to area covered and nature of the role you must have a full UK licence and have your own vehicle - travel is required on a daily basis.
