Personal Lines Account Handler - Colchester - GBP17,000 - GBP25,000
Our Client, a major Broker, with a strong local presence, is looking for a new member of staff to join their personal lines insurance team.
You will be responsible for handling classes of business including home and motor and issuing quotes, new business policies, midterm adjustments, renewals and cancellation/lapses.
You will need to adhere to strict FCA, DPA and MID regulations and liaise with your Customers over the telephone, through written communication and occasionally face to face.
The role will be to exceed client expectations in the delivery of your service, in an enthusiastic manner, to ensure the client is delighted not only with what you have done, but the way in which you have done it.
Successful candidates must have experience within Personal Lines from either a Broking or Insurer background
