BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - OFFICE BASED

My client, an innovative Company with over 40 years of success as an independent solutions provider are expanding and to support the ongoing growth of the business, I am seeking a personable and professional sales candidate join their team.

After finding out more about this business and the opportunity, I truly believe this to be an excellent position within an established family run organisation that prides themselves on striving to be the very best in their field.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled outbound caller / appointment generator / business development exec to research already qualified leads; identify the key decision makers - usually Head of Procurement / MD / Purchasing Manager - and to introduce the business with a view to setting a qualified appointment for the Business Development Manager - Target of 6 appointments per week.

Your target customers are already identified and pre qualified as being the right size, location, turnover and strong credit rating and therefore your role will be as follows:

* Use all online platforms available to carry out business research - UK and European contacts
* Make outbound business development calls to introduce the business and create new business appointments
* Build a strong pipeline and input all sales activity into the CRM and Access database
* Present yourself professionally to contacts whilst building strong business relationships
* Igniting interest in the varied products available and liaising with the Marketing and Sales team to ensure your 'opening statement' is strong and relevant

Reporting in the MD initially and then to the newly recruited Marketing Manager, you will bring your energy, professional approach and love of sales to the table and you will be rewarded with an excellent salary and uncapped monthly bonus.

Key requirements:

* B2B Sales
* Telephone sales
* CRM expertise - Salesforce /Saleseye or similar
* Proven business relationship builder
* A second European Language would be beneficial - French - Italian - Spanish
* Team player who enjoys engaging with colleagues and clients
* Target driven and creative in thought to create excellent opportunities
