This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are acting as an employment agency.
Due to organic growth our client based in Grantham is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small team on a full time permanent basis. This would suit an individual in the infancy stages of their career possibly studying AAT OR someone who has proven Accounts experience that wants to join a local Grantham company that can offer a job for life!
Reporting into the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for processing high volume invoices using Sage line 50.
There will also be an element of Sales Ledger and Credit Control involved in this role so you must comfortable with building relationships, offering excellent customer service and interacting with customers over the telephone.
Responsibilities and Duties

Ledger Clerk Duties
• Processing invoices
• Reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.

• Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage line 50.
• Self-Motivated
• Well Organised
• Proven experience within a ledger team
