Reporting to the Lead Insight Analyst, you will join a team who are responsible for the production and interpretation of analysis and reporting for our retail clients, using tools such as SAS, Angoss (WPS), Qlikview, Micromarketer & Microsoft Office products and any other tools required for the role.

* You will work closely with the Account Management and Marketing Strategy teams to deliver first class marketing analysis to enable us to extract value and derive a competitive edge.

* Your remit will be to produce end-to-end marketing and customer analysis for example: pre-analysis, data selections, train of thought analysis, campaign/promotion analysis, segmentation & insight for customer marketing.

* To challenge, analyse, interpret and communicate results of marketing programs and campaigns and determine their overall profitability as defined by both retailer and Insight KPI's. The role includes:

* Production of campaign mailing selections

* Promotion & Campaign analysis

* Production of survey selections and analysis

* Production of reporting dashboards

* Provision of commercially valuable customer profiling & insight

* Provision of value based proposition analysis

* Production of analysis packs to support client meetings

* Development and enhancement of segmentation and propensity models

* Ad-hoc and data manipulation queries

* Drive and support insight across the business

* To implement and interpret statistically valid marketing tests.

* Where appropriate represent the team on key projects and initiatives.

* To improve efficiency by automating repetitive analysis, reports and processes.

* To create new and/or amend all documentation where necessary, all processes should include documentation as part of the overall production of the process.

* To complete FCA/RCSA check controls on all requests and to complete the monthly/quarterly testing of the controls as part of the team schedule.

* To input into the key scorecard requirements such as the insight and CRM plan, identify key areas of analysis such as modelling and segmentation opportunities
