Position: Recruitment Consultant (to Senior level)
Location: Bar Hill, Cambridge
Salary & Package: GBP26,000 to GBP35,000 per annum + Car Allowance + GBP20% flat commission with zero threshold + Company Pension + Profit share (Once certain targets are achieved)
Fairmead are looking for Recruitment Consultants or Senior Consultants to be based in our growing Bar Hill, Cambridge office within any sector experience who are looking for a new challenge?
The Role
* Identifying new leads and business development opportunities on a daily basis by cold calling new companies and networking with existing clients.
* Arrange meetings over the phone, visit clients for meetings and visit live client construction sites to build working relationships and bring in new business.
* Providing an all-round 360 recruitment process, managing both client and candidate expectations.
* Building a strong network of clients and candidates.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
About You
* An excellent track record in recruitment
* Good grammar and written communication skills
* Friendly and personable
* Ability to time manage your day
* A self-motivated, results driven nature (as you will not be monitored with heavy KPIs)
* Experience within new business development
* Managing new and existing client accounts
* IT literate (Word, Outlook)
* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
