Relaxed, non-corporate office in Lewes require a permanent Buyers' Administrator (Spanish speaking) GBP20-25k doe to support their global trading team, in relation to purchase, sales and contract management.
Responsibilities:
* Drafting purchase and sales contracts for review and signing by traders.
* Key point of contact with logistics team to review contract status and to follow up on
specific delays.
* Follow up on client origin-information requests
* Office point of contact to handle enquiries and communication with clients when
traders are out of office.
Candidates must have strong organisational skills, advanced Excel, fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken as will be tested), and a passion for travel and coffee. Ability to prioritise and flexibility to work in a small team and juggle requirements as necessary. Ideally graduate calibre (or equivalent) with opportunities to progress for the right candidate.
This is a full time role working Monday-Friday, 9-5.30pm, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, pension, free fruit and coffee. The Buyers Administrator is a permanent role, looking for a start date in September but interviews mid August.
