Scope of the Role So what does the role involve? The role of Head Office Finance Analyst works with the Accountant and rest of the team to produce monthly and full year office accounts to a high level of accuracy with a high sense of financial control. Working closely with our head office functions you will provide cost centre owners with insight to aid business decisions, working on projects like budgets and projections. You will also get involved in project work and continuous improvement activity. For this role we are ideally looking for you to have ideally started your accounting qualifications (we are flexible if you are working towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualifications) and have experience in a financial, head office based role previously. You should have experience in month end process and balance sheet reconcilliations and ideally you will have experience in SAP. You should be able to demonstrate drive and determination and a continuous improvement mindset. It goes without saying that strong interpersonal and relationship building skills go a long way in our business so you'll need to demonstrate this through our process. If you've got experience in an FMCG or manufacturing business - great - but you have to understand the technicalities of a financial role and be a real team player.
