Head of Microbiology

My client are an organisation born out of needing to connect the public and private sectors led to an innovative and forward thinking company providing specialist laboratory services in to hospitals and healthcare units. This is a pivotal position within this organisation who, although being a private company put research and development and the forefront of everything they do. Coming on board will entail the ability to not only deliver in your area of expertise but be able to become part of a visionary group of people looking to lead the company in a direction that allow them to remain market leaders. A challenging and multi-functional role which will req. experience within: - Laboratory Management - Health & Safety - Containment - Managerial Oversight of many Hospital Services - Implementing Transformation - Clear understanding of working within Microbiology Labs - Background of working in Large services or Large service Transformation - Managing and Handling of Pathogens The company is renowned for their high levels of service, flexibility and development and these are attributes that would be second nature to anyone who joins the team and takes part.
