Recruitment Resourcer

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a growing business. Lewtay is looking for a talented resourcer to join their Recruitment team. You will be based in our Peterborough office to help assist our Recruitment Consultants. With the growth being experienced there will be plenty of opportunities to grow with us and develop into more advanced roles.

Responsibilities

* Source and register candidates

* Place adverts on various job boards

* Actively respond to all enquiries

* Review CVs from various databases to fill job roles

* Obtain references for candidates

* Assist in building and maintaining existing database

* Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to fill roles

* Conducting telephone interviews

* Managing and tracking job placements

Ideal Candidate

* Experience as a Recruitment Resourcer

* Great communication, both written and verbal

* Organised individual

* Creative with outside of the box thinking

* Experience to meeting deadlines

* Selfdriven and a dedicated work ethic

* Knowledge of Boolean searching

* Experience in conducting interviews
