What is the purpose of this role
As a Helpdesk Coordinator in Amey it will be your responsibility to ensure that clear, accurate and proactive contact is made with internal and external stakeholder to ensure that all works are completed in line with timescales of the contract.
You will achieve this by working alongside and communicating effectively with the wider site teams.
You will need to use your previous customer service experience to;
* Manage incoming calls and handle accordingly
* Answer queries about works
* Proactively call subcontractors to book works
* Record clear updates and mitigation factors on the CAFM system
* Maintain accurate records of incoming and outbound calls
* Liaise with site teams to assist with resolving on site issues
* Allocate work to internal and external resource
* Support and service the client and ensure all agreed client and internal KPIs are met or exceeded
To be successful in this position it is essential that you possess basic numeracy skills, the ability to communicate at all levels , working knowledge of the Microsoft office package and experience in a proactive call handler role with a self-motivated, tenacious and results orientated outlook on your work.
