They are now looking for a Customer Services & Sales Support Manager to join their friendly team in Camberley.

Your Role 

As the Customer Services & Sales Support Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Administrators in the delivery of customer service activities. 

Specifically, these will revolve around customer-facing work including order processing, dealing with enquiries and customer feedback. Your team will also work with internal teams, managing stock, forecasting and debt collection. 

Additionally, you will: 

- Oversee your team in supporting the activities of the Sales and Marketing Teams 
- Responding to requests for literature and quotes 
- Organising samples 
- Co-ordinating shipping of items for exhibitions and conferences 
- Take responsibility for office management including stationary, catering and cleaning management 

About You 

To be considered as the Customer Services & Sales Support Manager, you will need: 

- Experience in a customer service and/or sales order processing role 
- Experience of using order processing software and Sage 
- Previous experience of managing and leading a team
