With a newly appointed Director of Property in place and an agreed and ambitious new build strategy we are looking for two individuals who can help transform our approach to property maintenance, and asset management and compliance.

The Head of Direct Services will lead on the creation and development of a commercially focused in-house repairs and maintenance service and the Head of Assets & Compliance is responsible for producing our Asset Management Strategy and leading our approach to planning, commissioning and compliance across our property portfolio.

These roles present a great opportunity to join the Property team at its creation, help influence and shape our ambitions, and drive our approach to modern asset management and development and regeneration.
